For the lighting of the Phæno Science Center (Wolfsburg) by Zaha Hadid the spot light EverySquare was designed and developed with modular lighting instruments. It is introduced in the roof construction as well as in the lower levels. The technical housing and the lamp head can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. As a result the luminaire can be employed according to its requirements as a track-mounted spot with a low center of gravity or stretched flat under the ceiling. The horizontal orientation of the light source allows the identical formal structure of both parts of the housing and a play of their movements for the first time. The spot light is being distributed as a standard product by modular lighting instruments and in 2006 it was honored with the red dot design award for its innovative design.
